At Famazed, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
